It’s imperative for me to focus in normal conversation. I’ll either look you right in your soul, or I’ll lock my eyes on a fixed object. I don’t know if it’s an ADD thing or an anxiety thing. But, when there are a lot of people talking or moving around me while you’re trying to talk to me, I panic. I get agitated because my mind can’t take it all in.
Sensory overload?
I will dismiss what you say or respond frantically.
I’ll be quiet because I’m literally trying to fix my attention on one stable thing.
I believe there is a great possibility for me to experience panic attacks if I forget to breathe. Closing my eyes and taking a few deep breaths- helping me to ground myself so that I’m not swept away by the noise and commotion.
Sounds about right and I experience this , it great you’re at a place to know Dee breaths help and not slow you down , you are very receptive sounds like . “Balance is key”

It’s funny you say that because I think that Balance is one of my main lessons in life. I’m just trying to evolve in truth and positivity
