It’s so important to exercise and “eat right”.
That’s what I’ve been seeing lately- People waist training and eating clean. That’s wonderful and I commend them all on their results.
Results- the effect from a certain cause. Within weeks we begin to notice progress in our human bodies as we commit to the gym and the kitchen.
This causes me to play with the idea of putting our spirit through a similar, intense boot camp: six weeks of meditation and making changes to the lifestyle we’ve grown accustom to.
What miraculous phenomenon would this manifest?
Six weeks of eating real foods.
Reading and expressing creativity.
Speaking only when the words are helpful and kind.
Refraining from all things negative- this includes people, places, and thoughts…
For six full weeks.
Are you strong enough to embrace the change?
Would you complete the challenge?
How would you feel after completing such a feat?
Our spirit is just as important as the bodies that incase them.
When we think of health, seldom do we think of our spiritual being.
What is your weight?
Your weight meaning your matter- or even better said…
What is your substance?
Measure this health like you step on the scale.
So now tell me…
Are you in good health?
