Mental Organization

I feel like I’m losing my shit.

I have to write down everything that’s going on in my mind so I can rank them by priority.

That’s honestly the only way to make sense of it all for me.

How do you gain clarity whilst adulting?

For me, managing a home, a business of my own, 6 little children and their families (I own a learning center), my own family, vacations, friends, prospective extra income opportunities, hobbies, a significant other, trainings and conferences for my business, house hunting, and getting my credit on the right track….somewhere in the midst of all of that, I need balance.

Usually, I’m okay but recently, it seems like the water is caving in. I’ve been forgetting important things like plans previously made, saving important phone numbers, dates, meetings, and making calls.

Honestly, it all makes me want to take a nap. Lmao!

But writing things down can help.

Making a list of my tasks starting at high priority to low, can help.

Putting events in my physical calendar AND my phone’s calendar can help.

Saying, “Not right now” can help.

Often, we spread ourselves too thin.

I’m done with that.

Overextension=Burnout

Procrastination is the enemy! Lol. That’s how things build up, usually. We put it off until we can’t anymore or until it’s too late so it bites us in the butt.

We’ve got to do better.

I’ve got to do better.

Starting with this list!
