Unapologetic

We must stop giving in to the pressure of society.

This includes media, friends, family, coworkers, etc.

What YOU decide to do with YOUR life is only YOUR business.

Make YOUR own rules.

Make YOUR own traditions.

Form YOUR own opinions and theories.

YOU don’t want to wake up one day in realization that YOU are, in fact, miserable all because YOU were doing what THEY say is acceptable.

This goes for career decisions, decisions on where you want to move, decisions regarding your love life, decisions on picking a school, decisions on your hair, clothes, car, decor…ANY and EVERYthing.

There is a reason why we are all not just ONE person.

We lead different lives, we go down different paths.

Life is beautiful and it goes by faster than we realize…

I would hate for yours to pass by without you doing or being anything of your own choice.

  1. So true. This post speaks to me on so many levels and only now figuring out that wherever life’s road leads me, has always been my choice. Where do I go from here? Well, wherever I want, really. 😉 Thank you for this! Needed to read something of this positivity today!

    1. I’m so glad you were able to receive this message. This lesson is brand new to me as well. I’m a former “Please Everyone But Myself-aholic”. Lol

      1. It’s an awesome read and reminder. Yeah, you and I both on that one. Time to take time for ourselves and reclaim who we are and what we want to become! 😀
